Members of the BGCAS will participate in a variety of proven youth-development programs in the selected program areas such as Character and Leadership Development, Education and Career Development, Health and Life Skills.	The Boys and Girls Clubs of American Samoa aims to increase learning through the arts and culture and offer opportunities for young people to develop creative skills, which puts creativity at the heart of learning.	The BGCAS effort is supported by key partners including the Taitaitama Prevent Underage Drinking Initiative and the American Samoa departments of Health, Education, Agriculture and Human and Social Services.
